The Denver Broncos have made one might haul this week. First, the AFC West contenders jumped ahead of the pack and signed former Super Bowl MVP and four-time NFL MVP quarterback Peyton Manning Tuesday. Today, ESPN confirmed that the Broncos have dealt last year's Broncos workhorse QB Tim Tebow to the New York Jets. In return for the 24-year-old, the Broncos get the Jets' upcoming fourth and sixth-round picks in the 2012 NFL Draft.

This week's "Ringer" was wildly uneven, managing to pack in a lot of edge-of-your-seat moments and revelations with an equal amount of boring conversations in hospital rooms. Even though we found out huge information bombs like Henry's unwitting murder of Tyler and that it's Bridget, not Siobhan the shooter was gunning for (pun fully intended) the hour still dragged.

'Jersey Shore' Update: The Situation Enters Rehab?

It hasn't been officially confirmed by his representatives, but TMZ claims that "Jersey Shore" star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has entered rehab. The former Staten Island gym manager and model-turned-TV personality's representation acknowledged he's recoveringi from something, but denied without actual "denial" that Sorrentino is seeking help for a substance-abuse problem.
