Is the bloom coming off Sacha Baron Cohen's rose a touch? In Australia, "The Dictator" opened Wednesday knocking "The Avengers" off the #1 box-office spot. Domestically, it's performing beneath expectations. Maybe people have figured out Cohen's capable of so much more, and just don't want to settle. Maybe this one's just not that good. Maybe it's both.
