A look at Twitter content during last year's VMAs shows that Lady Gaga (and her meat dress) took the gold in trending topics. Of the 2.3 million tweets related to the show, Gaga held 9,200 tweets per minute. Fans take to Twitter to guess what she may have up and on her sleeves, while we wonder if Justin Bieber can escape his fans sloppy digits (and the misspelling of his name).

Brad Pitt pulled a Kate Winslet Thursday night, literally saving a woman from being trampled on the set of his new movie "World War Z." The zombie apocalyse film is based on Max Brooks' popular novel. The production team was filming a mob of people running from the living dead when a woman fell, and was saved by Pitt while cameras rolled.

It's time for the Best and Worst of the Week. Kate Winslet plays a bona fide hero for Richard Branson, the Muppets rock out and Ryan Gosling breaks up an honest to goodness street fight in the Best of the Week. The Worst, unfortunately, comes with some weird Jim Carrey humor, a classless Amy Winehouse charity blocker and a censorship double whammy.

Last week was a real "Shore" cliffhanger, as we were left wondering how The Situation would possibly deal with Deena busting up his potential menage trois with a little bi-curious thievery of a virgin twin. This week they're leaving us with another doozy of a nail-biter. Now that Mike has riled up Ronnie's bull, will he be able to avoid the horns?

Ya know, someone should give us a little advanced warning about these things, 'cause we'd totally plan a special party for it. China's Ministry of Culture just released their third annual list of songs that are banned from distribution due to being too vulgar or lacking taste, starring Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and (you guessed it) the Backstreet Boys.
