'Hunger Games': 'Water for Elephants' Director to Helm 'Catching Fire'

Now that the director of "The Hunger Games" has left the franchise, it looks as though Lionsgate has chosen his replacement: Francis Lawrence, who directed "Water for Elephants." Is this a good move for the "Hunger Games" series?
