Like death, taxes and fake "Jersey Shore" drama, abominable injustice at the Emmys is incredibly predictable, and this year is no different. From the "Community" lockout to the ridiculous snub of our man Ron Swanson, the nomination process felt a little like the World Cup site nomination process - fraught with travesty and weirdly political decisions. Check out who we think got the shaft in the Emmy Awards nomination process.

What's the highest grossing movie franchise of all time? Star Wars? Seems like it should be. James Bond? What about Shrek? Nope. The highest grossing movie franchise of all time tag belongs to Harry Potter. The films have brought in a whopping $6.4 billion at the box office.
With such massive success already, the final film in the franchise is certain to do well, but Warner Brothers has apparently taken steps to make sure it's a veritable neutron bomb at the box office.

"Titanic" has re-entered the limelight of late what with the 3D version being prepped for a theatrical release next year and the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the ship this year. And whenever something is in the pop culture limelight, Weird Al Yankovic is there to make fun of it. The famous parodist appears in a new sketch from Collegehumor, in which he plays the leader of the band on the sinking Titanic.

Morning, all! Start your day off right, with "The Dark Knight!"
The trailer you see below was supposed to debut preceding this weekend's Harry Potter grand finale "Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 2." But as it happens, this teaser for "The Dark Knight Rises" matches descriptions leaked by European projectionists who have seen it make the rounds in theaters abroad. It's bootleg footage, but stay tuned for a higher-quality version coming probably later this week.

The differences in departures and dumpings on Season Seven of "The Bachelorette" have sometimes been night-and-day. But 'fess up: if you had a heart in your chest, you felt a pang for love-struck 31 year old California businessman Ryan Park this week when Ashley cut their one-on-one date short by telling him that for all his sweetness and great qualities, she just wasn't feeling anything. Read what Ashley had to say on her blog.

Think about this a second strictly from a working actor's perspective, then answer me this: considering how ga-ga for remakes Hollywood is, and how incredibly well J.J. Abrams' "Star Trek" did at the box office, would it really be that bad if Chris Pine's name became synonymous with successfully breathing new life into a franchise? MGM's newly hired director Jose Padilha is considering Pine (who played Captain James T. Kirk in the latest "Star Trek" movie) to take up Peter Weller's mantle as near-death Detroit cop Alex J. Murphy in a new "Robocop" reboot.
