Steve Carrell's Michael Scott was not a good manager - he was hapless, inept, and he made things extremely uncomfortable on a regular basis, but he was also sort of harmless. Not so much with James Spader. As the new boss at Dunder Mifflin, Robert California, he brings a whole new element of intimidation, and it's got the whole cast sweating bullets.

Daryl Hannah was arrested today outside of the White House in a protest against drilling along the the Alaskan Oil Pipeline. Hannah has long been an environmental activist, and was one of 500 protestors arrested after refusing to move from the White House sidewalk. Watch a video of the arrest here.

Your freezer is about to get a new dark passenger. Graphic artist John Defreest recently released some packaging for a fictional flavor of Ben and Jerry's ice cream inspired by "Dexter" called "Miami Slice," which consists of key lime pie-flavored ice cream with a blood strawberry swirl and white and dark chocolate "body parts." This one is bound to appeal to the Ice Truck Killer.

But really, it's her astounding music abilities that we should all be loving her for. She's even got a preview out for her new video, because seriously folks, the video itself is so revolutionary and breathtakingly gorgeous that, of course, it requires a preview before being properly unveiled. Chad Michael Murray, the teen heartthrob with the prominent middle name, is coming back to his old stomping grounds at One Tree Hill. According to TV Line, Murray, who played Lucas Scott on the series from 2003-2009, "will return to Tree Hill after Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) reaches out to him for help."

Russell Armstrong was the estranged husband of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast member Taylor Armstrong, and he killed himself recently after a string of unfortunate incidents, some linked to the show, some linked to his alleged personal demons. Now Bravo is set to air a special on the Armstrong suicide. Is the decision ethical?
