The bad Facebook news continues. In the second day of Mark Zuckerberg's company trading publicly, shares fell $6.99 on news of an SEC investigation into "issues" with Friday's IPO. Underwriter Morgan Stanley may have broken federal laws by not informing the public of an amended prospectus filed by the social network May 9.

Have you spent all season watching slimy Ellis on NBC's "Smash" while throwing things at the screen? Well tell your TV there's some good news, because the abuse will stop soon.
NBC revealed to Entertainment Weekly that two characters will be exiting stage right when the Broadway musical set drama premieres in season two.

Just throw one more bad man on Dexter Morgan's agenda. Showtime announced today that Jason Gedrick has signed on for a multi-episode arc on "Dexter" as a gentlemen's club owner connected with a murder investigation. He joins "Rome" alum Ray Stevenson as confirmed guests of Dexter's hospitality. Most recently, he was a co-star on HBO's ill-fated horse-racing drama "Luck."

Dish Network had a great idea: a way to record favorite programs without commercials. Trouble is, TV networks sued once to get such a feature off the market. Now, many will have nothing to do with helping a cable provider with 14 million customers advertise a way for viewers to bleed networks dry of their lives' blood.
