Underwriter Morgan Stanley may have broken federal laws by not informing the public of an amended prospectus filed by the social network May 9.

Showtime announced today that Jason Gedrick has signed on for a multi-episode arc on "Dexter" as a gentlemen's club owner connected with a murder investigation. He joins "Rome" alum Ray Stevenson as confirmed guests of Dexter's hospitality. Most recently, he was a co-star on HBO's ill-fated horse-racing drama "Luck."
