Common sense may have just prevailed. Multiple sources report this afternoon that Paramount has called a halt to Michael Bay's "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" reboot's pre-production. That shoves the release date back from December 2013 to, at the earliest, May 2014. Reportedly to blame: script issues. Imagine that....

The latest in a line of Nickelodeon shows aimed at 'tweens and led by a young female star has reached its end. With star Miranda Cosgrove readying herself for college, "iCarly" has wrapped shooting its sixth and final season. The show goes down in the tradition of previous Nick hits like "The Secret World of Alex Mack" and "Clarissa Explains It All."

Justin Bieber kept himself busy this morning. It was enough that he stopped by the Rockefeller Center studios of NBC's "Today" and performed his hit single "Boyfriend." But that's boy's a giver. In his downtime, he even ushered host Matt Lauer into the world of Twitter.

Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized this morning after being found unconscious in her hotel room. Paramedics were called to her Marina Del Ray, Calif. penthouse suite a little after 10 AM PST. The actress, starring soon in Lifetime's "Liz & Dick" as Elizabeth Taylor, has had a troubled several years' history of drug and alcohol problems.

Nobody is an "it." Nobody. Some people still haven't gotten that memo. Former "RuPaul's Drag Race" personality Carmen Carrera meant well appearing on Monday night's "Cake Boss." She felt she could make some headway for the transgender community. Instead, she ended up feeling like a humiliated, betrayed joke-butt.

They're similar, CBS, but not similar enough. A California judge has ruled that despite CBS's protests that it rips off "Big Brother" too closely for their comfort, ABC may go ahead with the June 18 premiere of "The Glass House." In his ruling, the judge pointed out that when he first heard of it, he considered "Big Brother" itself to be essentially a copycat.
