The Parent's Television Council (who very well may have been responsible for the demise of MTV's "Skins") has filed a formal complaint with the FCC about an incident on the premiere of "The X Factor" where contestant Geo Godley exposed himself for a prolonged period onstage.

Fox recently gave the thumbs-up for a 13-episode mid-season run of "Touch," the creation of "Heroes" mastermind Tim Kring starring Jack Bauer himself, "24" lead and Emmy winner Kiefer Sutherland. "Touch" is tentatively set to premiere sometime in Spring 2012.
