Fox recently gave the thumbs-up for a 13-episode mid-season run of "Touch," the creation of "Heroes" mastermind Tim Kring starring Jack Bauer himself, "24" lead and Emmy winner Kiefer Sutherland. "Touch" is tentatively set to premiere sometime in Spring 2012.

"Parks & Recreation" is back, and while it would be difficult to pick up right where it left off, the season four premiere reminds us why this show deserved its Emmy nominations this year, and makes a strong case for why it should have won. Read the episode recap.
First, there's the funny stuff. Ron desperately recovering his stowed-away emergency pack and fleeing from Tammy 1.
