Whatever's nudged Charlie Sheen toward contrition and sensibility, it might've spared Warner Bros. and the "Two And A Half Men" creator a drawn-out legal battle. According to reports, Sheen won't be receiving a $100-million payout, and will instead accept a $25-million payment from Warner Bros.

The big premiere week continues! Last night brought us the triumphant return of "How I Met Your Mother," and the kinda-lame-but-you-know-you-still-love-it return of "Dancing with the Stars." But that's just Monday. The week is heating up, and one of TV's biggest shows returns tonight.

It all comes down to this. Tonight someone will be the champion at taking crap from Gordon Ramsay. The final four contestants compete and two are eliminated. Then, the remaining two finalists run their kitchens to determine the winner of "Hell's Kitchen."

"How I Met Your Mother" has always played with the concept of time, using flashbacks, flash forwards, and probably even some flash sideways over its six-season run. But it looks like this season might get even more creative with all the flashing. No, not that kind of flashing. Pervert.

Charlie Sheen made the backstage rounds at Sunday night's 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards and who should he come across, but his starring replacement on "Two And A Half Men," Ashton Kutcher. If the unflinchingly blunt and honest Sheen's Twitter is to be believed, the two snapped a quick photo to be shared with Sheen's many admirers and Sheen gave the former "That '70s Show" star his stamp of approval.

Who would've thunk it? Three seasons into "Glee," Jane Lynch, who has probably sung fewer bars than almost any main cast member on the Fox song-and-dance hit might just be the most identifiable, iconic and entertaining thing about the whole cast.
