Strictly to dampen a few understandably hot-and-bothered males' day, "Mad Men" and "Drive" star Christina Hendricks claims the most revealing of Sunday's leaked stolen photos isn't her at all. The buxom ginger confirmed to Gossip Cop via a representative that someone indeed hacked her phone. And indeed, someone made off with some racy pictures. The faceless shot with breasts bared? Not one of them.

Incidents in Philadelphia and San Francisco have the Federal Communications Commisssion wondering what problems private citizens jamming wireless communications might present. Both CBS News and CNN report that the emerging consumer availability of cell phone jammers captured the FCC's interest not long after a story broke Friday that a Philadelphia bus passenger used a device that jammed fellow passengers' devices when he found their conversations intrusive on his peace and quiet.

Rush Limbaugh made an apology Saturday for crude remarks made on his radio show about a Georgetown University law student's congressional testimony. He claimed Monday that should be enough. Some, increasingly including sponsors, disagree. The conservative pundit jested Monday that even he got a busy signal dialing into his show to get in line with sponsors calling to abandon their support.

Maybe she's never been the "diss-song" sort, but when Madonna has a bee in her bonnet, it's rare she minces words. Though she doesn't name names, signs point toward some tracks from her forthcoming set MDNA jabbing aggressively at ex-husband Guy Ritchie. "Bang Bang" is a trifle vague in that there's no distinctive, telling nods at one past tryst or another, but it's clear she wants the hammer brought down upon somebody's head.

It's refreshing seeing Will Smith just being "Will Smith." It doesn't get much more "Will Smith" than "Men In Black," either. If the full-length "Men In Black III" trailer that Sony unveiled today tells anything, it's that the one-time July 4 Weekend kingpin always has that operable charming wise-ass hero gear. For all his dramatic endeavours like "12 Pounds" and "Ali," there's always Agent J just below the surface.

With no record contract and all the freedom they could want, one-time Napster-slayers Metallica are kicking around album distribution concepts they've never considered. Sure, 2008's St. Anger probably made Warner Bros. millions distributed the good old-fashioned way. Nevertheless, drummer Lars Ulrich tells Spin "The world is our oyster."

None of the 11 shots fired early Sunday morning in Nashville struck rapper Young Buck in his SUV, but one injured his girlfriend, reports Nashville TV station WSMV. Police say that a white Chevrolet Tahoe drove past the rapper's vehicle around 3:30 A.M. and struck it 11 time. One shot grazed the shoulder of Kenyetta Rainey, who was treated and later released from Vanderbilt Hospital.
