Without an actual resolution in place, it's at least become clearer just which judge will make the first moves shaping a lawsuit by three major networks against Dish Network. A California U.S. District Court Judge has told parties to pump their breaks suing over Dish Network's new ad-skipping DVR until her July 2 hearing.

Fox News this afternoon removed a controversial "Fox & Friends" video package from its website. Aired twice Wednesday morning, the package runs down dismal statistics from President Obama's first term over ominous music and some taunting animated graphics. A Fox exec this afternoon claimed that the package wasn't approved at the top level, and would not have been had it been presented to high brass.

The students of "Glee" have learned enough to teach. Ryan Murphy's "The Glee Project" begins its second season Tuesday on Oxygen. This year's cast will be welcomed by Lea Michele, then handed over to a few friends of hers over the next couple weeks. Naya Rivera will talk up sexiness, first-season winner Samuel Larsen will teach choreography, and Cory Monteith will continue pounding the dead horse of bullying.
