Anderson Cooper Officially Comes Out as Gay
July 02, 2012 @ 9:37 am PST    Anderson Cooper 360, The Big Bang Theory     Andy Neuenschwander
When "The Big Bang Theory" star Jim Parsons came out back in May, it didn't come as a huge surprise. In fact, Parsons' approach to the whole thing was to toss the announcement aside, presumably because his sexuality is his own business, and we (or Hollywood, anyway) should be at a point where a celebrity's sexuality isn't that big a deal.

'Falling Skies' Season 2, Episode 4 Recap - 'Young Bloods'
July 01, 2012 @ 11:55 pm PST    Falling Skies     Andy Neuenschwander
Another down week for "Falling Skies" it seems, as we seem to be pretty heavy on the sentiment lately and short on action. There was a bit to get excited about this week, but a lot of it was bogged down in emotion based, once again, on characters that we don't even care about, or barely even know.

July 01, 2012 @ 11:29 pm PST    True Blood     Andy Neuenschwander
Things are starting to take a turn into crazytown on "True Blood," but thankfully we still have a few good scenes each episode with the characters we actually care about to keep things going. Here's a run-down of the events in Bon Temps during "We'll Meet Again."

July 01, 2012 @ 11:05 am PST    Magic Mike, Ted, Brave, Madea's Witness Protection, Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted     Andy Neuenschwander
This weekend was supposed to be a relatively quiet one at the box office, a holdover until "The Amazing Spider-Man" hits over the Independence Day weekend. But the weekend's two big openers had other ideas, overperforming and bringing in some big bucks.

June 30, 2012 @ 11:52 am PST    Fashion Star     Sean Comer
NBC's "Fashion Star" won't be doing entirely without host Elle Macpherson. Though she'll be stepping from in front of the camera as host, she'll remain involved behind it as an executive producer. On the other hand, contributor and co-sponsor H&M has dropped off the show entirely.

A Zip-Line, Machine Guns And A Flipped-Over Jeep? Yep, 'The Expendables 2'
June 30, 2012 @ 10:28 am PST    The Expendables 2     Sean Comer
You don't mess with success. Sylvester Stallone's "The Expendables" was every bit the summer-fun hit expected in 2010, so predictably, "The Expendables 2" simply cranks up the volume and the body count. In this new clip, Sylvester Stallone and Jason Statham demonstrate just how much fun a zip-line can be when machine guns and a jeep are added to the mix.

'The Glee Project' Preview: Kevin McHale Throws A Curve....
June 30, 2012 @ 10:28 am PST    The Glee Project, Glee     Sean Comer
In life, we roll with the changes, or the changes roll over us. Luckily, Kevin McHale knows how to roll. He's spent four seasons convincingly manning a wheelchair playing handicapped but hardly "disabled" Artie on Fox's "Glee." This week on "The Glee Project," he'll test whether these cast hopefuls can make moves on the fly to keep up.

Charlie Sheen May Take Hotel-Trashing Story To Court
June 30, 2012 @ 10:25 am PST    Anger Management, Two and a Half Men     Sean Comer
Charlie Sheen is capable of some serious mayhem. Just don't accuse him of destroying something he didn't. Sheen is ready to go to court with Us Weekly over a story that he and multiple escorts destroyed a Ritz-Carlton hotel suite last weekend.

Traded: Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian Headed Back To Los Angeles
June 29, 2012 @ 6:36 pm PST    Keeping Up with The Kardashians, Khloe & Lamar     Sean Comer
It will probably feel like Lamar Odom never left. After an abbreviated stint with the Dallas Mavericks, Khloe Kardashian's NBA husband is headed back to Los Angeles, this time returning to the Los Angeles Clippers in a four-team trade. Kardashian and Odom put their E! reality series on hold this past spring so that Odom could focus on whipping himself back into game-shape.

'Dallas' Continuation Earns Second TNT Season
June 29, 2012 @ 2:42 pm PST    Dallas (2012), Dallas     Sean Comer
TNT does indeed know drama. It picked up one of the greatest dramas to ever span three decades in primetime, "Dallas," gave it a good modern update. It's been such a successful experiment, that the cable network is bringing it back for a 15-episode second season in 2013.
