A Marvel original looks to be headed home. Would-be "Daredevil" reboot director Joe Carnahan tweeted Monday that 20th Century Fox doesn't appear interested in taking another stab at rebooting the studio's 2003 take on The Man Without Fear. The good news? If the clock runs out on Oct. 10, the film rights revert right back to Marvel.

WARNING! This article may spoil the eventual grand review of Marvel and Disney's trailer for 2013's "Iron Man 3." If that's a problem, then now you know not to click onward. On the other hand, what Ain't It Cool News claims is likely a genuine synopsis of at least a POSSIBLE trailer is a massive shift in tone for Marvel Studios' flagship franchise.
