It's Morphin' time!
All you 90's kids out there will be excited to hear about this plan: Lionsgate is teaming up with Saban to bring not just one, but a series of live-action "Power Rangers" movies to the big screen.
The new movies will "re-envision" the classic kid's show, and that's not at all surprising. The campy, over-the-top tone of the original "Power Rangers" or even the slightly more epic "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie" wouldn't quite fit into today's cinematic world of gritty superhero flicks.

If there's one thing you can count on, it's that Showtime will give you a premiere episode to watch for free.

Looks like someone isn't afraid of some controversy.
Emma Stone is lined up to star in Woody Allen's next film, according to Variety. The movie is untitled as of yet, and the plot is completely under wraps, but Joaquin Phoenix is reportedly also set to star.
The project will actually be the second one that Stone and Allen collaborate on together: Stone recently finished filming for Allen's "Magic in the Moonlight," which will hit theaters in the coming months.

Ladies and gentlemen, here's your first look at "Gotham."
Perhaps one of the most promising new shows scheduled for this year (at least for crime/genre fans), "Gotham" is a definite go for Fox and has it's first trailer introducing us to the characters.
For those who haven't yet heard about this particular pilot, "Gotham" is a prequel of sorts to the Batman mythos.
