Oprah’s big secret is that she had a half sister she did not know about. The secret was revealed to the Chicago audience that gets to see the show live as it tapes for audiences later in the day for the rest of the country.
Here’s one for your Facebook status: Jesse Eisenberg, star of “The Social Network” to host “Saturday Night Live” on Jan. 29.
The nerd-playing Eisenberg must have felt “liked” when his movie won four out of six nominations at the recent Golden Globes. The film about the rise of Facebook was honored for Best Score, Best Screenplay, Best Director, and Best Picture.
The Razzies were announced this morning, and there really aren't any surprises amongst the nominees. The Razzies are awards that signify exactly the opposite of what the Oscars represent. They are held the Saturday before the Oscars (held on a Sunday night).
Sometimes, the stars who end up winning even show up as good sports to collect their awards. In previous years, Halle Berry and last year Sandra Bullock showed up and picked up their Golden Raspberry award.
George Clooney might have a little bit of apologizing to do after his little stint with Piers Morgan on Friday night. George went on his new talk show, discussed some projects that he was doing and then it turned personal. Piers asked George about marrying in the future and George said no way.

There might be a little more to Regis Philbin’s retirement announcement than what we were previously led to believe. Supposedly Regis said he had been thinking about his retirement for awhile, but the truth might be a little different. Sources say he was trying to negotiate a new contract, and that show execs wouldn’t give him the salary he was used to or wanted. Interesting.
Friends near Regis say he wanted to stay on the show if he got paid, but the execs weren’t having it.
In a segment called "20 Seconds on the Clock” Daniel Tosh cracks as many jokes as he can about one video in about 20 seconds. Last week, Tosh featured a lady swinging her baby during some form of what she labeled yoga. Since the airing, the featured woman has received widespread scrutiny from the press.
Daniel Tosh may be joking but it seems these breakdowns could be serving as a public watchdog.

According to a report from CBS New York, “Jersey Shore” starlet Jeniffer Farley “Jwoww" succeeded in a legal battle with former boyfriend and manager Tom Lippolis, preventing him from releasing her nude photos.
The pictures were taken by Lippolis during Jwoww’s second breast augmentation and liposuction. According to the MTV reality star, she was under anesthesia and did not give any consent to Lippolis to take her nude photographs.
