Good news for fans of a drunk William H. Macy, a shirtless Justin Chatwin, and an often-naked Emmy Rossum: Showtime's new series "Shameless" has just been picked up for a second season!
If you haven't been watching the new show, you're seriously missing out: it's one of the best new shows of this season. For those who are unfamiliar, "Shameless" is based off of the UK TV show of the same name, which has run so far for eight seasons (a ninth is planned for 2012).
Katie Holmes has filed suit against the U.S. tabloid Star for speculating she is a drug addict.
The publication in question features a cover photo of Holmes looking exhausted with the tagline: ”Addiction Nightmare: Katie Drug Shocker! The real reason she can’t leave Tom.”
The issue goes on to speak about Holmes' use of a Scientology tool called an “e-meter” but does not say she uses drugs.
The Charlie Sheen crazy train picks up steam again, it seems.
A few days after she flew off to the Bahamas with Sheen and his porn star girlfriends, ex Brooke Mueller has taken out a restraining order on him, claiming the actor threatened her.
In response, Sheen is requesting sole custody of their twin sons Max and Bob.

Are the CW's two flagship shows sinking?
The Monday night ratings for "90210" and "Gossip Girl", both important programs for the network and a large source of their viewing audience, were uncomfortably low. The CW as a network has already been struggling somewhat in competition with the bigger networks and popular reality shows, so to see ailing ratings from two of their bigger shows is a bit worrying.
Charlie Sheen must be tired of going around to all these interviews in order to continue his offical Week of Crazy.
