"Jersey Shore" star Pauly D is getting sued, and it's not because he poked someone's eye out with his hair.
A Connecticut DJ claims that Pauly D is ruining his business, due to the similarity in the two DJs' names: the "Jersey Shore" star goes by DJ Pauly D, while the plaintiff in the case goes by DJ Paulie.
Paul Lis, who goes by the handle DJ Paulie when he's spinning, claims he has a trademark on the name that dates back to 1973.

Is Vinny done with "Jersey Shore?" Signs point to "yeahhhhh buddy!"
A source close to the production told OK! Magazine that the "Jersey Shore" star has left the house and gone home to spend time with his family. But there was no big, dramatic exit for the usually-chill Vinny: no argument with cuddle buddy Snooki, no fistfight with his pal Pauly D.

Heading into the final results show of "The Voice" Wednesday night, it seemed like Dia Frampton might pull the upset over Javier Colon. Colon was a hit from the very beginning, as his audition had all four coaches fighting over him. But as the season went on, more and more fans were drawn to Frampton's unique voice and style. As of Wednesday evening, Frampton had the #1 single on iTunes, while Colon was at #2.

It's safe to say that a few Yidio readers think director Catherine Hardwicke knows how to spot amazing talent when she sees it. Not only did she help launch the white-hot careers of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart with the original "Twilight" movie, but she was responsible for introducing the world to the immensely talented Evan Rachel Wood in "Thirteen."
So who will Hardwicke be introducing to U.S. audiences next? The original "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo," Noomi Rapace.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers, star of the Showtime series "The Tudors," tried (unsuccessfully) to kill himself yesterday by ingesting pills, according to UK paper The Sun.
An actor and a model, Rhys Meyers is probably best known for his critically acclaimed role as Henry VIII in "The Tudors" and for a part in "Bend it Like Beckham," but the incredibly talented actor has also had stand-out roles in films like Woody Allen's "Match Point," "Velvet Goldmine," and "Mission: Impossible III."

Denise Richards is expanding her family! The actress, and ex-wife of Charlie Sheen just adopted a baby girl.
A rep for Richards confirmed the adoption to PEOPLE magazine sharing, "Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise's mom (Joni), and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise. Denise and Eloise's big sisters couldn't be happier and feel incredibly blessed."

The finale of "The Voice" has come and gone, and while the announcement of the big winner was the big moment of last night's results show, the four finalists had some other big moments as well...namely, their duets with four big-time musicians.
Vicci Martinez was the first one up, performing "Drops of Jupiter" with Train frontman Pat Monahan. Beverly McClellan later took the stage with OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder to sing "Good Life," and Javier Colon followed that with a duet version of "Landslide" with Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Stevie Nicks.

Harrison Ford claims he's thrown some insults at "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" star Shia LaBoeuf. And I'm not talking about calling him a "nerfherder," either.
Last year, Shia did a little bad-mouthing of the fourth installment in the "Indiana Jones" series, "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." The incident happened at the 2010 Cannes film festival, when Shia said that everyone on the project, including himself, had "dropped the ball.

Fox's annual Teen Choice Awards is coming up in early August, so it's time to start the voting. This year's nominees have been announced, and (surprise, surprise) "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" leads the pack with 12 nominations. "Twilight" will be going head-to-head with "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" in the Sci-Fi/Fantasy Movie category. Will we see a repeat of the MTV Movie Awards, in which "Twilight: Eclipse" swept the competition?
