Representatives for Sugarland on Tuesday had to immediately clarify statements deflecting responsibility for this past summer's Indiana State fair stage-collapse tragedy from the band and its crew. Well, whaddya know? Even a self-professed "warlock" can have a heart. Following a frustrated blow-up four days ago in which Charlie Sheen claimed "I'm tired of pretending Ashton (Kutcher) doesn't suck" or that the CBS hit "Two And A Half Men" that Kutcher replaced him on didn't do the same, Entertainment Weekly reports that Sheen has found his senses.

The NBC hit once more ruled over Monday night, but the network can't like where it appears "Smash" is headed.

Family emergency notwithstanding, Stephen Colbert just didn't miss a beat. The Comedy Central faux-pundit host of "The Colbert Report" taped his show's first new episode since tapings were briefly halted midway through last week. Starting with the Feb. 15 episode, fans were treated to reruns through the rest of the week as Colbert tended to his seriously ill, 91-year-old mother Lorna back home in South Carolina.
