Ep 2. Return of the Golden Child

In The IT Crowd season 2 episode 2, "Return of the Golden Child," we find ourselves back in the dysfunctional world of Reynholm Industries' IT department, where the bumbling duo of Roy and Moss continue to navigate their way through the murky waters of corporate life.

This episode sees the arrival of Denholm Reynholm's wayward son, Richmond, who has returned from a stint in a monastery and seeks refuge in the familiar surroundings of his father's empire. However, with his gothic appearance and morbid demeanor, he quickly becomes a source of confusion and tension for the rest of the staff.

Meanwhile, Roy and Moss are tasked with the seemingly simple job of fixing a broken lightbulb in the office. However, their incompetence leads to a series of mishaps that culminate in a catastrophic blackout, leaving the entire building in darkness.

As chaos reigns, Jen finds herself trapped in the women's restroom with the formidable security guard, Daniel. With tensions rising and tempers flaring, it seems that all hope is lost for our intrepid trio.
