Ep 4. Ahimsa

In Supergirl Season 4 Episode 4, entitled "Ahimsa," we see Supergirl and the team dealing with the aftermath of her decision to reveal her secret identity to Lena. The revelation has caused a rift between the two friends and Supergirl is struggling to find a way to make things right.

Meanwhile, J'onn's father M'yrnn is still trapped in his own mind, unable to communicate with the outside world. J'onn is desperate to find a way to help him, but time is running out.

As if those challenges weren't enough, a new threat has emerged in the form of Manchester Black and his team of anarchists. Manchester Black is on a mission to take down all those he deems to be oppressors, and Supergirl and her allies are at the top of his list.

As the team races to stop Manchester Black before he can carry out his deadly plans, they must also grapple with their own personal demons. Can the team come together and find a way to stop Manchester Black before it's too late? Find out in "Ahimsa."
