Skylanders Academy season 1 episode 11, titled "Crash Landing," begins with the Skylanders on a mission to retrieve stolen energy from a chemical plant. Spyro is tasked with leading the mission, but quickly realizes that he is not ready for such a big responsibility.

As the Skylanders continue their mission, they are ambushed by Kaossandra and Kaos. The Skylanders' plane is shot down and crashes into a nearby forest, leaving them stranded and separated.
Spyro and Snap Shot find themselves deep in the forest and have to navigate their way through dangerous terrain to find their way back to the other Skylanders. Along the way, they encounter the Skylanders' sworn enemy, the Doom Raiders.
Elsewhere, Eruptor and Jet Vac are also stranded and must work together to find their way back to their teammates. Eruptor is struggling with his own insecurities and doubts about his abilities as a Skylander, but Jet Vac encourages him to push through and stay focused.
Back at the Skylanders' home base, Master Eon and Hugo work to defend against Kaossandra and Kaos' attack. Using their knowledge and skills, they try to protect the base and keep the evil duo from getting their hands on the powerful artifact.
As the episode comes to a close, the Skylanders reunite and band together to take on the Doom Raiders and stop Kaossandra and Kaos' plan to take over their home. In the midst of battle, Spyro realizes that leadership isn't about being perfect, but about trusting in his teammates and working together to overcome any obstacle.
