The hosts try the restaurant's famous stuffed quahogs, before heading to the kitchen to learn how to make their famous calamari. Head Chef Tom Schofield teaches them how to prepare and cook perfect calamari.

The next stop on their adventure is Aunt Carrie's in Narragansett, Rhode Island. This restaurant has been serving up seafood since 1920 and is famous for its clam cakes and chowder. The hosts try Aunt Carrie's calamari stuffed with crabmeat before heading to the State Capital of Providence.

In Providence, the hosts visit Nick's on Broadway, a restaurant that emphasizes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Chef Derek Wagner shows them how to prepare calamari from fresh squid caught that morning in Rhode Island waters. The squid is sautéed with garlic, lemon, and butter for a delicious and simple dish.

Finally, the hosts visit Iggy's Doughboys and Chowder House, a family-owned and operated eatery famous for its clam cakes, doughboys, and chowder. The hosts try Iggy's specialty pizza with calamari as a topping, a unique take on the classic Rhode Island dish that's not to be missed.
