Ep 16. Although the Case Was Closed

After the solved murder case, the town of Inaba is finally returning to its peaceful and quiet state. On a rainy day, Yu Narukami and his friends talk about what they would do if they had the power to control the weather. Later that day, the group visits the shrine to ask the fox for a wish. As payment, the fox asks them to find some missing gold-like leafs in the shrine grounds. The investigation leads them to meet a new girl in town, Ayane Matsunaga, who seems to be discovering her own Persona.

Meanwhile, the group also faces some personal issues as they try to balance their school life and the investigation. Yosuke Hanamura struggles with the pressure of his family's expectations while Chie Satonaka tries to improve herself to be like her role model, Yukiko Amagi. Moreover, the rumors about the Midnight Channel start to spread once again, and the group sees some of their classmates becoming victims of the shadow world.

Although they thought that the case was closed, the group realizes that they still have a lot to do to protect their town and their friends. They will have to face new challenges and uncertainties, and they will need to work together to overcome them. As the rain keeps pouring, the group sets off to find the missing leafs and uncover the secrets of the town's mysteries once again.
