Ep 17. Cry Wolf

A woman is murdered in a block of flats. Tessa and Steve wonder why she called the police out twice but not a third time. Tessa fears the woman was murdered because she was afraid of crying wolf. Suspicions fall on the residents of the block of flats. Tessa and Steve will come to uncover a nest of twisted love, of obsession and paranoia-and it may just prove fatal for one of our detectives.
