The Name is Warp is the first episode of the anime series Kaiba, which introduces viewers to an imaginative and futuristic world. The episode begins with a young man who wakes up with no memories and no identity. He finds himself inside a futuristic room, a place that is unlike anything he's ever seen before. The room is entirely made out of wood, but it's smooth and warm, making it comfortable to touch.

As the young man starts to explore his surroundings, he discovers that he has a small companion with him, a small blue orb who floats around him. The orb is intelligent and appears to have some knowledge of the world the young man finds himself in. The duo sets out to explore the place and try to find out more about his mysterious past.

They soon discover that the young man is not alone in this strange world. There are other beings with different physical attributes and unique emotions. The young man meets a robotic creature, who describes himself as a memory collector. The memory collector is there to share a vital clue about the young man's past, which involves a place called the Warp.

The Warp is a mysterious place where memories and lives are intertwined. Here, individuals can upload their memories into a computer-controlled virtual world, preserving them for eternity. However, there is a downside to this technology. People can become trapped in their memories, unable to break free from the virtual world. The memory collector insists that the young man's past lies within the Warp, and if he wants to find out more about his identity, he needs to go there.

The young man is hesitant to explore the Warp, but his small companion urges him to take the risk. He eventually agrees, and the memory collector tells him about a portal he needs to go through to enter it. The portal is guarded by a massive bird-like creature, and the young man is warned that he must earn his keep, or he might face death.

After a brief skirmish with some thieves, the young man and his companion manage to earn their keep, and he finds himself transported into the Warp. The young man discovers that this place is much different from the world he first found himself in. Everything is in flux, and memories are floating around in the air. The memories are represented by colorful blocks that form into abstract shapes. These blocks have the power to transport people back in time to relieve their memories.

As the young man explores the Warp, he meets a girl who seems to have a connection to him. She helps him navigate the world, and they eventually witness an event where a group of people is about to lose their memories. The girl saves the memories, and in doing so, she helps the young man to remember his past. However, the portal that led him to the Warp starts to close, and he is forced to make a quick escape.

The Name is Warp sets up the premise of Kaiba, which is an anime series that explores themes of identity, memory, and loss. The first episode is beautifully animated, and the world-building is top-notch. The episode is filled with memorable characters, each with their unique quirks and personalities. Overall, The Name is Warp is an exciting introduction to the world of Kaiba, and it leaves viewers wanting more.
