In season 1 episode 12 of How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?, titled "How Heavy Are the Barbells You Lift?", the ladies of the Silverman Gym continue to push themselves towards their fitness goals. Sakura and Zina have an intense workout session focused on building their core strength, while Hibiki and Akemi try out a new exercise machine that promises to enhance their booty gains.

With newfound motivation, the group pushes themselves to their limits during the barbell lifting competition. Despite some hiccups along the way, the ladies bond over their shared love of fitness and the feeling of accomplishment that comes from pushing themselves to be better.
As the episode comes to a close, the group reflects on the progress they've made and the friendships they've formed through their time at the gym. With their sights set on even loftier fitness goals, the ladies of Silverman Gym remain determined to lift each other up - both figuratively and literally - on their journey towards self-improvement.
