Ep 7. Going Home

As Miaka and Tamahome make their way back to their world, they come across a peaceful village. However, Miaka's continuous worry for Yui forces her to attempt to return back to the Universe of the Four Gods to rescue her friend.

While in the village, they come across a mysterious woman named Mayo who seems to have a history with Tamahome. As Mayo tells Tamahome about her past, Miaka begins to feel left out and becomes suspicious of Mayo's intentions.

As they attempt to leave the village, they are stopped by a group of bandits led by Tomo. Tamahome realizes that Tomo is using Mayo as a decoy and attempts to rescue her. However, things take a dangerous turn when Tomo reveals his true intentions and attacks them.

In the midst of the chaos, Miaka discovers a new power that she possesses but struggles to control it. Tamahome also unleashes his full power, surprising everyone including himself.

As they battle the bandits, they learn the truth about Mayo's past and her connection to Tamahome. The group also discovers the importance of their mission and the sacrifices they must make to protect the Universe of the Four Gods.

The episode concludes with Miaka and Tamahome finally returning home, but with a newfound determination to return to the book and save Yui.
