Everybody Hates Chris is a popular American sitcom that aired from 2005 to 2009. At home, Chris confronts his father about his terrible driving and demands that he let him drive alone. Julius finally relents and lets Chris drive to school by himself. Chris is overjoyed and finally gets to experience the freedom and independence he was hoping for. However, his joy is short-lived when he gets pulled over by the police for speeding. He is given a ticket and has to pay a fine.
The episode ends on a bittersweet note, with Chris realizing that driving isn't as great as he thought it would be.
