The next stop is in San Francisco, California, at the Fatted Calf Charcuterie. This artisanal butcher shop offers a variety of cured meats, including their signature coppa and salami. Guy also samples their duck liver mousse and their pickled vegetables.
Guy then heads to Salt Lake City, Utah, to visit the Red Iguana restaurant. This Mexican restaurant has been in business for over 30 years and is known for their mole sauces. Guy tries their signature mole enchiladas and their spiciest dish, the "killer" pork.
The episode concludes in Orlando, Florida, at the Se7en Bites bakery. This bakery specializes in Southern-style comfort food, including their signature biscuits and gravy. Guy samples their fried chicken and waffles, as well as their berry whip cream pie.
"All Over the Map" takes viewers on a tasty journey across the country, showcasing the diverse culinary traditions that can be found in different regions of the United States.
