After North Carolina, Guy heads to Santa Fe, New Mexico, to visit The Shed. This bar and restaurant has been around for over 60 years and is famous for their New Mexican cuisine. Guy tries their famous green chile enchiladas and red chile pork tamales.
Finally, Guy heads to the West Coast to visit Jake's Famous Crawfish in Portland, Oregon. This bar is known for their seafood, specifically their crawfish. Guy tries their crawfish etouffee, crawfish boil, and crawfish quesadilla.
Throughout the episode, Guy is impressed by the creativity of the chefs he meets and the delicious food they offer. He also takes time to chat with the patrons of each establishment, getting their recommendations and learning about the history of each location.
