Ep 3. Down-Home Flavor

In season 35 episode 3 of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, host Guy Fieri travels to three different locations to explore some down-home cooking. First up is a restaurant in Indiana that's serving up classic fried chicken and waffles, along with an interesting take on mac and cheese. Guy also checks out a barbecue joint in Texas that's renowned for their brisket and ribs, but also has some unique dishes like smoked bologna and Frito pie. Finally, he heads to a Louisiana spot that specializes in Cajun cuisine, including gumbo, crawfish étouffée, and red beans and rice. Along the way, Guy chats with the chefs and owners about their personal stories and the inspiration behind their dishes.
