They serve breakfast all day and make everything from scratch, including their popular chocolate chip pancakes and crab cake Benedict. Guy tries the croissant French toast stuffed with brie and strawberry compote and their famous Philly cheese steak omelet.
In Denver, Colorado, Guy visits Bistro Georgette, a French bistro owned by father and son team, Georges and Christian Dion. They serve classic French dishes like escargots and bouillabaisse, as well as unique creations like their oak-smoked duck breast with cherry port reduction. Guy tries the lamb shank with ratatouille and the creme brulee.
The final stop is in Fargo, North Dakota at a restaurant called The Shack on Broadway. The restaurant is owned by father and son team Steve and Tomi Jo Wilz. They use fresh, local ingredients to create dishes like the Bloody Mary burger and the smoked pork belly grilled cheese. Guy tries the bison meatballs with smoked Gouda and their signature chicken wings with peanut butter and jelly sauce.
