Titled "Cruisin' Capital Cities," this episode features a diverse array of eats from food trucks, diners, and restaurants in three different cities: Tallahassee, Florida; Charleston, West Virginia; and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
First up, Fieri heads to Tallahassee to check out some of the city's food truck scene. He samples a classic dish of meatloaf and mashed potatoes, as well as a creatively stuffed pork chop that's filled with roasted red peppers, smoked Gouda, spinach, and bacon. Fieri also tries some of the restaurant's famous biscuits and gravy, made with country-style sausage and a creamy, peppery gravy.
Finally, Fieri heads to Oklahoma City to check out a place that serves up authentic Mexican cuisine. He samples a variety of tacos, including one made with tender beef tongue and another stuffed with crispy fish and topped with spicy mayo. Fieri also tries some of the restaurant's specialty margaritas, which are made with fresh-squeezed lime juice and come in unique flavors like prickly pear and jalapeno.
