Ep 5. What Happens at Ramsey's

Ramsey hosts his annual birthday party at his house. All of the D.C. glitterati turn out, including Cross and his lady friend, Elle Monteiro. But Cross suspects that Ed Ramsey is the serial killer he's been searching for, so he uses the party as cover to conduct an illicit investigation.
