Ep 1. Pilot

Detective and psychologist Alex Cross is still reeling from his wife's murder when young D.C. Civil Rights activist Emir Goodspeed is found dead. Some of the evidence points to suicide, some suggests foul play. As Cross digs into Emir's final moments, he bumps shoulders with the highs and lows of D.C. society. Some celebrate cops, others clearly despise them. Then Cross discovers that his two young children are under threat. His hero complex kicks into gear.
