Ep 3. Chop Shop

In City Homicide season 3 episode 3 entitled "Chop Shop," the team investigates a car theft ring that is believed to be involved in more than just stealing cars. His wife is pregnant with their fourth child, and he's worried about how he will be able to balance his work obligations with his family responsibilities.
