Description
Parshall residents re-evaluate the changes since the oil boom. A surprise announcement at a City Council meeting forces Richard (Mayor/Grocery Store Owner) to reconsider his future. Jeanette (motel owner) considers cashing out. As the 4th of July Celebration nears, everyone looks to the future and hopes the boom won't be a bust in the end.
