It's not entirely clear if he'll be actually doing the signature grunt, and there won't actually be a TV show called "Tool Time" involved, but make no mistake, Tim Allen's return to TV tonight on ABC with the show "Last Man Standing" is basically "Home Improvement 2: Electric Boogaloo."

Robin's therapist, Kevin (Kal Penn returns!), tells her that he's going to Alaska and can't be her therapist any more.

As this year's breakout hit, "New Girl" quickly jumped out ahead of Fox's Tuesday frontrunner "Glee" to become the network's highest-rated show of the night. But thanks to a cascading series of reschedules, we won't be seeing a new episode of Fox's best new show until November.
