Rejoice, Simpsons fans. After a week of perilous contract negotiations between Fox and the voice actors from the much-love animation series, the show has been officially renewed for two more seasons. Thanks be to Jeebus.

The authorized biography of the late Steve Jobs hasn't even been published yet, but studios have already been jumping at the opportunity to buy the feature rights to the book. It looks like Sony Pictures has won the battle and picked up the rights to the bio, appropriately titled "Steve Jobs."

It has been a surprisingly good couple of weeks for movies, as films like "50/50" and "Moneyball" received positive reviews and "The Lion King 3D" and "Dolphin Tale" over-performed. Will this weekend's new slate of movies continue the trend? Robot boxing movie "Real Steel" and the political drama "Ides of March" open in theaters. Read previews and watch the trailers here.
