Authorities found McCready and her son, who had been declared a missing person by the State of Florida, hiding in the closet of her boyfriend's lake home in rural Heber Springs, Arkansas.

Dr. Conrad Murray has officially appealed his involuntary manslaughter conviction in Michael Jackson's 2009 death. He will apparently represent himself in challenging his four-year prison term. As of now, Murray is only likely to serve two years of his four year sentence due to jail overcrowding.

It's been an enduring legacy of a 1975 Steven Spielberg classic for over 20 years. It was among the last of the park's attractions from its 1990 opening that remained in operation. But sadly, Jan. 2 will mark the last boatload for Universal Studios Florida's famous "Jaws" ride.
