According to People, Brooke Mueller's friends don't believe she can beat her personal demons on her own. Following her recent cocaine possession and assault arrest, her friends and family hope that she'll face an extended court-ordered rehab stay to kick her habits once and for all.

Peter Weller is coming home to the genre where he had his most famous starring role: the original "RoboCop" has signed on for a role in J.J. Abrams' 2013 "Star Trek 2." Some speculation has him possibly stepping in as Kirk's nemesis Khan, but nothing has been confirmed by Abrams or Paramount Pictures.

Better later than never. Many fans probably figured that the "24" movie had been forgotten, coming up on the two-year anniversary of the show's end. Not so. Apparently, as soon as Kiefer Sutherland is available circa April 2012, the "24" movie will start shooting.

When your show is slowly failing, why not pull out every possible stop? Lisa Edelstein certainly isn't coming back to save the day. So instead, producers of "House" say that early 2012 will mark the return of another of House's former loves.

The saddest part of the Charlie Sheen festival of narcissism this year was how seemingly insignificant his children fit into the "winning" narrative. Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller, the children's current legal custodian, was arrested this week in Aspen, Colorado for assault and cocaine possession.
