Only one show ended up making positive movement Tuesday. "NCIS: Los Angeles" did it on the back of a successful crossover completion with "Hawaii Five-0", winning CBS the night. "The Biggest Loser" finale closed out a controversial season with a series-low. "Cougar Town", "Last Man Standing" and "Dancing With The Stars" also struck some unwanted new lows.

They've reportedly survived this three times. A fourth bullet dodged doesn't look likely. Sources say that a fourth baby on the way is the only thing keeping Dean McDermott with Tori Spelling. As she continually accuses him of cheating - none too ironic, that - those close with them speculate that McDermott will probably leave her once she has their latest child.

Universal wants to take another stab at a good idea gone wrong: 2004's Stephen Sommers-directed stinker "Van Helsing". Depending on how one looks at it, the lack of Hugh Jackman in this one could be a curse or blessing in disguise. In place of the six-foot rugged Aussie, Universal has tapped Tom Cruise to hunt what goes "bump" in the night.
