Ep 19. Movie Night / Veggiezig / The Curse

Zig & Sharko is a French animated comedy series written by Olivier Jean-Marie. The series revolves around a hyena named Zig, a shark named Sharko, and their mutual love interest, a mermaid named Marina. Season 2 Episode 19 of Zig & Sharko comprises three mini-episodes: "Movie Night," "Veggiezig," and "The Curse."

In "Movie Night," Zig attempts to ruin Marina and Sharko's movie night by disguising himself as a cowboy, a knight, and a Roman warrior to infiltrate their house. However, Sharko sees through his disguises and sabotages his plans each time. Eventually, Zig manages to get inside the house dressed as a vending machine, but Marina and Sharko watch their movie uninterrupted.

"Veggiezig" sees Zig trying to become a vegetarian as a ploy to get his hands on Marina's veggie garden. Sharko does not believe that Zig has become a vegetarian and tries to catch him in the act. Zig manages to trick Sharko into eating a steak before revealing his true intentions. The episode ends with Zig tending to his stomach ache while Marina enjoys her bountiful veggie garden.

Lastly, in "The Curse," Zig discovers an ancient artifact with the power to grant wishes. He wishes for Marina to fall in love with him, but instead, he gets cursed with a green thumb. Despite his newfound talent for gardening, Zig cannot lift the curse. Sharko later discovers the artifact and wishes for Zig to disappear, which causes him to turn invisible. Sharko steals back the artifact and wishes for everything to return to normal, ending the curse and making Zig visible again.

The three mini-episodes in Zig & Sharko Season 2 Episode 19 showcase the hilarious antics and misadventures of Zig the hyena as he attempts to thwart Sharko's efforts to protect his love interest, Marina.
