Ep 1. Reaching Out

Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS season 3 episode 1 'Reaching Out' starts with a high-stakes and explosive duel between Playmaker and Roboppy. In order to outwit his opponent, Ai must rely on his knowledge of the game and his strategic thinking.

Playmaker and Roboppy's duel takes a turn for the worse when Roboppy unleashes a new powerful monster to defeat Playmaker. However, using his wits and skill, Playmaker manages to turn the tables on Roboppy and emerge victorious. As the dust settles, Playmaker realizes that there is a greater threat looming over Link VRAINS. A group of mysterious hackers known as "The Knights of Hanoi" are rumored to be planning another attack on the virtual world. Playmaker must focus all his efforts on stopping them and keeping Link VRAINS safe.

As Ai continues to play chess with the mysterious figure, he realizes that he has underestimated his opponent's skills. The game becomes increasingly intense, with both players making strategic moves and psychological ploys. In the end, Ai manages to outsmart his opponent and win the challenge. True to his word, the stranger offers Ai information about a possible new body for him.

The episode ends with Ai having made a new ally and Playmaker having resolved to stop the Knights of Hanoi once and for all.
