Ep 11. Curry Worries

Jaden and Syrus are hanging out at the Obelisk Blue dorm when they stumble upon Chumley who has his own mobile kitchen and is trying to cook up some of his famous curry. However, things take a turn for the worse when the curry explodes and ruins everything. Upset about being unable to sell his curry, Chumley decides to quit Duel Academy and go back home. Jaden and Syrus are determined to get to the bottom of this and find the culprit behind the ruined curry. They decide to enlist the help of Bastion, Alexis, and Chazz to investigate.

Their investigation leads them to a group of Obelisk Blue students who are jealous of Chumley's cooking skills and have been sabotaging his curry in order to take over his business. Jaden challenges the group to a Duel to defend Chumley's honor and puts his own cooking skills on the line. The episode culminates in an intense Duel between Jaden and a member of the rival group, with the fate of Chumley's mobile kitchen hanging in the balance.

Throughout the episode, we see Chumley's securities regarding his cooking skills and fear of not being good enough. This leads him to almost give up and leave Duel Academy. Jaden and Syrus serve as his support system, encouraging him to keep trying and not let the sabotage of others get in the way of his dreams. The theme of the episode revolves around the importance of having a strong support system and the power of not giving up when faced with adversity.
