
Prince Wilhelm is struggling to find his place within the institution of the monarchy. Following his outburst at dinner last episode, he is feeling more alone than ever, with most of his classmates avoiding him. While his sister Princess Beatrice tries to offer him some comfort and reassurance, he can't shake the feeling that he isn't living up to his responsibilities as a member of the Royal Family.
Meanwhile, Simon and Sara are growing closer, but their relationship is threatened by the arrival of August, the Swedish Prince who has come to Hillerska to continue his studies. August is charming, confident, and well-liked by everyone, making Simon feel like he's lost his chance with Sara before he even had it. But Sara isn't sure what she wants, torn between her feelings for Simon and her curiosity about August.
Over at the castle, August's arrival is causing quite a stir. Queen Kristina is clearly thrilled to have another member of European royalty staying with them and is eager to show him all the wonders of their country. King Erik, however, is more wary, worried about Sweden's reputation on the world stage. August has a reputation as a party boy, and Erik wants to make sure he doesn't cause any embarrassing scandals while he's in their care.
As the school prepares for the annual football tournament against their rivals at Bergman Academy, tensions are running high. Wilhelm is struggling with his position as captain, as well as the pressure to perform well on the field. Meanwhile, Simon is feeling even more insecure about his relationship with Sara, watching as she and August grow closer every day.
As the tournament kicks off, the drama only intensifies. Bergman Academy, determined to win at all costs, play dirty, injuring several members of the Hillerska team. Wilhelm is especially hard hit, and Simon steps up to take over as captain. With the stakes higher than ever, can the Hillerska team pull together to triumph against their rivals?
As the episode comes to a close, the characters are left with a lot to consider. Wilhelm is facing some tough decisions about his future, while Simon is left wondering whether he's lost his chance with Sara. August's presence is casting a shadow over everyone, and it's clear he's going to continue to shake things up in the episodes to come.
