In the fifteenth episode of You Gotta Eat Here season 1, host John Catucci travels to three different restaurants in Canada to try their signature dishes and learn about their unique stories.

The first stop on his journey is Tre Sorelle, located in the heart of Montreal's Little Italy. This family-run bakery and deli is known for its authentic Italian-style sandwiches and pastries, made from scratch with high-quality ingredients. John meets the three sisters who own and operate the business, and learns about their family's history and culinary traditions. He samples a few of their best-sellers, including the porchetta sandwich and the cannoli, and raves about the delicious flavors and textures. He also gets a behind-the-scenes look at how the sisters make their fresh mozzarella, which is a key component of many of their dishes.

Next, John heads to Danske Bistro in Toronto, where he meets chef and owner Jorgensen. This cozy restaurant specializes in Danish cuisine, which is a fusion of Scandinavian and French flavors. Jorgensen shares the story of how he opened the restaurant after years of working as a chef in high-end hotels, and how he brings his own twist to traditional Danish dishes. John samples a few of Jorgensen's creations, such as the smoked salmon and the meatballs, and praises the delicate yet robust flavors. He also learns about the importance of using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients to create a memorable dining experience.

Finally, John travels to Prince Edward Island to visit Water Prince, a charming seafood restaurant in the heart of Charlottetown's historic district. This family-owned business has been serving fresh seafood for over 30 years, and is a favorite among locals and tourists alike. John chats with the owner, who shares his passion for the fishing industry and his commitment to serving high-quality, locally caught seafood. John tries some of the restaurant's most popular dishes, such as the lobster chowder and the fish and chips, and raves about the freshness and flavor of the seafood. He also gets a glimpse of the fishing boats and docks where the seafood is sourced, and learns about the challenges and rewards of the island's fishing industry.

Throughout the episode, John's enthusiasm for food and people shines through as he discovers the unique stories and flavors behind each restaurant. He highlights the hard work and dedication of the owners and staff, and encourages viewers to visit these hidden gems for a memorable dining experience.
