- October 10, 2014
Nate and Whisper are on a walk when they stumble upon "Operation: U.S.O." - a group of Yokai who are trying to put on a show to uplift the spirits of humans. Nate and Whisper are immediately recruited to help, but when they meet the leader of the group - a Yokai named USApyon - they realize that things might not go as smoothly as they hope.
USApyon is a self-absorbed and somewhat rude Yokai who doesn't seem to care much about the humans he's supposed to be entertaining. Instead, he's more concerned with getting his own name out there and becoming famous. Despite this, Nate and Whisper try to work with him and the other Yokai to put on the best show possible.
As they rehearse and prepare for the show, Nate and Whisper notice some strange occurrences happening around them. Things start to move on their own, lights flicker, and strange noises are heard. They soon realize that a mischievous Yokai is causing all of the chaos, and they have to find and stop it before it ruins the show.
Through their investigation, they discover that the culprit is a Yokai named Oh Bah Gah, who seems to have a grudge against USApyon and is determined to ruin his chances at fame. With the help of Jibanyan and Komasan, Nate and Whisper are able to track down Oh Bah Gah and put a stop to its hijinks.
With the show finally ready to begin, Nate, Whisper, and the Yokai take the stage to entertain the humans. Despite some initial hiccups, the show turns out to be a success, with the humans laughing, clapping, and cheering along with the Yokai performers. Even USApyon seems to have learned a lesson about the importance of putting others before yourself and working as a team.
Overall, "Yo-Kai U.S.O." is a fun and lighthearted episode that explores the themes of teamwork, friendship, and the power of entertainment. With its engaging storyline, lovable characters, and unique blend of humor and heart, this episode is sure to be a hit with Yo-Kai Watch fans of all ages.
